Our free online repeat prescription service provides you with a free home delivery service. You will no longer have to worry about getting your slip signed by your GP or collecting it from a high street pharmacy. 

We will do all of that for you and deliver your medicines direct to your door, leaving you free to enjoy the more important things in life. To create your account follow the simple three step process. 

Step 1. Click on the link below to create your account this only takes a few minutes. You will receive an email confirming that you have enrolled with us. 

Step 2. If you have a paper copy of your prescription, you can post your prescription and repeat slip to us using our FREEPOST address, this will be provided in the confirmation e-mail when you create your account. Please inform your practice that you wish to nominate NationWide Pharmacies as your chosen pharmacy to manage your NHS repeat prescriptions on your behalf and ensure that your repeat prescription is sent to us in time for you to receive your medicines on your cycle due date. 

Step 3. If you are not exempt from charges we will telephone you to take any NHS repeat prescription charges by credit or debit card over the phone when your medication is ready to be despatched to you. Current NHS prescription charges are £9.00 per item. If you have more than one item per month, you may benefit from an NHS pre-payment certificate. We will deliver your medicines using Royal Mail 1st class service.
