Free Delivery on all Private & NHS Prescription Orders
All orders relating to private prescriptions can be delivered free of charge. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked or 48 Hour Tracked. Please note orders for prescriptions can only be dispatched once they have been reviewed and approved by the NationWide Pharmacies Doctor which can take up to 24 hours. The majority of orders will arrive within 1 working day of dispatch, however, you should allow up to 2 working days (48 hours). Prescription orders for certain medications will need to be signed for upon delivery. All prescription orders over £250 in value are despatched by free next day delivery.

Free Delivery on Non-Prescription Orders Over £15
All non-prescription orders over £15 are delivered by free standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48). For orders with a value, less than £15 a standard delivery charge of £2 will be applied. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery cost includes packaging and Royal Mail delivery costs.
Next day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) £3.50
Next day delivery is subject to a delivery charge of £3.50. Orders for Next Day delivery must be placed before 12pm Monday - Friday and will be received by1pm on the next working day. Next Day delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked and do not require a signature. Orders placed after 12pm are not guaranteed for next day delivery. Please note that if your order is held back pending further requested information from our medical team your order may be delayed. Please note that postcode's in rural areas may not be able to deliver the next working day and thus, may experience a delay on occasions, especially in adverse weather conditions.
Free standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
Orders for must be placed before 12pm Monday - Friday to qualify for same day despatch and are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and do not require a signature. Please note that if your order is held back pending further requested information from our medical team your order may be delayed.
Next day guaranteed Saturday delivery £10.50
Next day delivery (Saturday) is subject to a delivery charge of £10.50. Orders for Next Day delivery must be placed before 12pm Friday and will be received by 1pm on Saturday. Next Day orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and must be signed for. Orders placed after 12 pm are not guaranteed for next day delivery. Please note that if your order is held back pending further requested information your order may be delayed.
Order tracking from our pharmacy to your door
Once your order is dispensed and despatched from our UK registered pharmacy you will receive a unique tracking number. This will give you a one hour window in which to expect your parcel and will allow you to follow your parcel from our pharmacy to your door via our courier’s website. Cancellations & refunds
We strive to provide a high level of product and service and we appreciate that there are circumstances where orders need to be returned. Under UK law customers have the right to cancel orders within seven working days from the date of receipt. All we ask is that you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return all items to us in their original condition, unopened.
Prescription orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been dispatched. Due to the nature of prescription only medicines, which must be destroyed if returned, it is not possible to offer refunds. In some circumstances, NationWide Pharmacies may offer to refund an order, however, this is done solely at the discretion of the company.
Any refunded orders will be refunded by the same method used to place the order. Please note that it can take up to 5 days for refunds to be acknowledged by your bank or card company.
On the 17th March 2017 MHRA updated their guidance for EU common logo holders for the supply of medicines to other EU countries.
Due to the changes in guidance, we can no longer supply EU countries with medicines from the UK and to do so, would put us in breach of the terms of our common EU logo.
It is with regret that as of Tuesday 21st March 2017 we will no longer be able to fulfill orders for EU countries. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our existing customers.
