Pfizer Sildenafil 25mg tablets contains the active substance sildenafil (as citrate), which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. This medicine will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. You should not take this medicine if you do not have erectile dysfunction. You should not take this medicine if you are a woman.

How to Take Sildenafil:

• Take one Sildenafil tablet at least 30 minutes before you engage in sexual intercourse
• The effects of the treatment will last for up to 4 hours
• Do not take more than 1 tablet per day
