Who are NationWide Pharmacies?

NationWide Pharmacies was founded in 2010 and has quickly grown to be a leading UK supplier of online prescription healthcare.

How do I know that NationWide Pharmacies is a genuine healthcare provider?

NationWide Pharmacies and our pharmacists are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). We are also registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who regulate NHS and private medical providers in the UK. Our doctor is also registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).

Our Service

How old do I need to be to use the consultation service?

You must be over 18 years old to use our Online Doctor services.

What is an online consultation?

Our consultation process allows our doctor to properly diagnose your condition and your suitability for medication. You will be asked to submit a medical questionnaire containing questions about you general health and more specific questions about your condition. Our doctor will use the information you submit to judge if the medication is suitable and safe for you. The doctor may ask for further information if he feels it is required.

Who reviews my consultation?

All consultations are reviewed by our GMC registered doctor.

Is the information I provide safe?

NationWide Pharmacies is compliant with all rules regarding confidentiality set by the General Medical Council (GMC). We guarantee that your personal details and your medical information will not be passed on shared with any third parties.

Can I send you my NHS prescription?

Yes. If you have an existing NHS prescription you can use our free home delivery service. For more information please see our NHS prescriptions page.

What happens if my prescription order is declined?

If your prescription is declined by our doctor you will receive an email notification and your money will be immediately refunded.

What does your service include?

All prescription orders include a free consultation with our GMC registered doctor. Orders are also despatched free of charge via Royal Mail Signed For delivery. You may also talk to our pharmacy team free of charge at any time.

What are your business hours?

NationWide Pharmacies business hours are 8.45am - 5.45pm Mon - Fri

How do I know the products supplied are genuine?

Do I need to tell my doctor if I order from NationWide Pharmacies?

It is recommended that you should inform your doctor about your prescription.

What should I do if I suffer side-effects from taking my medicine?

Unfortunately there is always a risk of side-effects when taking medications and common side-effects are listed on the product information pages. If you do suffer from any side-effects you can contact our pharmacist for advice or you can see your local doctor.


Payment

Which credit/debit cards to you accept?

Orders can be placed using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express.

Can I use more than one card/payment type to make an order?

No. Orders must be made using one card payment. 


Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Once your prescription has been reviewed and by the doctor your order will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For delivery. Delivery normally takes 1-2 working days. 

Can I return my order once it has it has been delivered?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are despatched. Unfortunately, due to UK law, once delivered medical products cannot be returned and the medicines must be destroyed if not used.

Will I have to sign for my order?

Yes. All medical deliveries have to be signed for on delivery.

Is the packaging descreet?

All orders are dispatched in plain packaging that do not mention the company name in full or what the package contains.  

Can I order from the United States of America?

Due to FDA regulations we are unable to ship orders to the USA.
