The Care Quality Commission (CQC) will soon be inspecting our service. CQC are the independent regulator of all health and care services in England. As part of their inspection, they want to know what you think about the care you have received from us. Please tell them about your experience online at www.cqc.org.uk/yourexperience or by telephoning 03000 616161. Your feedback will always be treated confidentially. CQC may not respond individually to your feedback but they may contact you for more information if you provide contact details. CQC would like to know about any good and bad experience you’ve had in the past year. For example: Were staff caring and did they treat you with dignity and respect? Were you involved in decisions about your care? Were you listened to? Did you have enough time to discuss your concerns? Were your needs responded to with the right care and treatment at the right time? Once they have completed our inspection they will publish a report on their website at www.cqc.org.uk
