This year World Mental Health Day will be hosted on Tuesday 10th October 2017 and the primary aim is to raise awareness about mental health issues and help support mental health. The main theme is based on workplace wellbeing. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing. Mental health affects how we think, feel and act and also helps to determine how we handle stress, relate to others, how we make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood to adulthood.
